How do I place an Order?
If you have managed to add all items to your basket, but are having a problem entering payment details we will be able to take card details with you on the phone and attempt to complete the transaction via the virtual terminal.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order please call online sales via our Contact page. We will check the current status of your order and as long as goods have not yet been dispatched will process a full refund immediately.

How do I change my Order?
If you have any doubts about products you would like to order please contact us before completing the checkout procedure. If you have made a mistake or changed your mind about an item after sending payment, please call our helpline via the contact page as soon as possible.If errors have occurred outside of our opening times please email us. Providing you notify us in good time we should be able to amend your order accordingly.
I have got as far as the checkout but my card payment failed though I have funds available?
To prevent fraud and to protect all card holders, our payment gateway implements an extremely high security system which ensures that the person who is authorising the payment actually owns the card. We use additional fraud preventative methods such as 3D Secure, CVV2 and AVS, which will ask for additional information in order for a payment to be processed. It is essential that all of the required fields are filled out correctly, note that some fields may be case sensitive so upper and lower case letters should be used. Please carefully check details such as card holder name as it is displayed and take care when entering any numbers. If problems persist, please contact your card provider, you can always come back to your cart at a later date to complete the transaction.
